Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, within 10 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping fees). To return any item:

1. Email me at sales@watchesandgifts.com for authorization. Please give a detailed note explaining the reason for the return and if you want a refund or exchange.
2. Carefully repackage the item in its original packing and shipping container.
3. The item must be returned prepaid. We do not accept returns sent C.O.D. and the original shipping charges are not refundable.
4. Special orders and final sale items are non-returnable.
